Information and purpose
When you submit a form, we collect your name, email and project details. Company, phone, country and timing are optional. We use this information to respond, assess scope and organize service. Do not send passwords, sensitive documents or third-party data.
Attribution and conversation
We may associate campaign parameters, landing page and referrer with your request to understand its source. Assistant conversations are attached only if you authorize it. When OpenAI is active, messages are sent to the provider for a response with store=false. This does not guarantee that the provider retains no data.
Services and security
Infrastructure may include Supabase for data and authentication, Vercel for hosting and OpenAI for the optional assistant. These services may process data outside your country under their terms. CRM access is restricted and protected by validation and security controls. We do not sell contact details.
Retention and your rights
Contact data is kept while needed for service and applicable obligations, with review and deletion by the responsible administrator. You can request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent through the contact form. Controller identification and specific periods will be updated when the company’s legal details are configured.
